Move In My roommate and I were interested in a pet friendly community and gratefully found one here! After emailing I was promptly followed up with a phone call to set up an appointment to chat and actually view an available unit. Madeline was and has continued to be very helpful during the entire process of applying and on! They held the unit for us as we completed what was needed to apply which was very appreciated. Overall I’m grateful for all their help as moving is stressful enough!

Great decision I looked at half a dozen apartments before I made the move here from a home I have lived in for the past 43 years. I made the right choice. I am a walker and the neighborhood around my apartment is perfect for that. Parking is near to my door, it is quiet, and I feel at home after moving in less than 2 weeks ago.
Business response:

Wonderful staff, clean apartments and great location My wife and I relocated from our home to a beautiful apartment at Wellington Chase. The staff, especially Madeline and James went out of their way to have everything in order and ready for us to move in. They made us feel welcome, respected and appreciated. Our apartment is clean, in a nice residential area and is exactly what we wanted! Thank you!
