As a new resident of Wellesley we found the practice to be warm and welcoming. The service and treatments were first class.
I had a complicated emergency and everyone was so kind and understanding. The tech put a soft sponge on the roof of my mouth when doing x-rays. Usually that's really uncomfortable, hard plastic on sensitive palette, but she took the time and care to make it easier for me. The dentist took her time explaining all the options, the pluses and minuses of each - how long each remedy would last, the risks, the approximate costs, the time involved. I have lived in the area for about a year without having set up a dentist (I know, so irresponsible!) so I knew the first appointment wouldn't be 100% comfortable. Kim does a great job of setting you at ease and then doing a very thorough cleaning. Great combination of chairside warmth, efficiency and professionalism. Dr. M. is also excellent! Very open and empathetic. Thoroughly explains everything (with visuals) that she will be doing fully and invites you to be part of the decision process.
Everyone is so nice. The dental assistant is gentle, careful, patient and clear in explaining problems. Dr Moskowitz is very careful and responsive. The whole experience makes going to the dentist as pleasurable as possible.

What a wonderful experience I had for a rather complicated dental procedure! Dr. Moskowitz-Porath did an amazing job of reconstructing a badly decayed tooth. She is not only a truly amazing dentist, but is an accomplished educator when she thoroughly explains all of the "ins-and-outs" of what needs to be done, all while constantly making sure that the patient feels no discomfort. As she said, she doesn't want the patient to be to be a martyr. Her lively personality and gentle humor are always engaging.
