Dr. Goins and staff are why I travel from Florida back to North Carolina because I know Dr. Goins understands my individual needs with fear of dental work and pain associated with extra sensative teeth. I have traveled the US over and experienced some horrible dentists and their practices. Dr. Goins and staff have the qualities I need ... they are outstanding in fheir profession. Alex and Dr Goins did an outstanding job on my permanent crown. They were gentle but thorough to assure proper fit and color match. Even the temporary crown was done with excellent precision and fit. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
Even though I don't love going to the dentist, every visit to Mid-Carolina Dental is as pleasant as can be! The dental assistants are friendly and professional and Dr. Goins is so sweet! Thanks again for a great teeth cleaning!
Dr. Goins & her staff do a great job! The atmosphere is comfortable. I never feel "abandoned". Everyone explains everything; from diagnoses, treatment options & expected fees after insurance coverage is applied.
as a 1st time vidit i was very impressed. they are very through and very helpful!
Everything was explained to me and dr. Goins was patient and gentle during my procedure.
I found the staff to be very receptive and were very courteous when taking the x-rays explaining how many were to be taken and the number left. Also, Dr. Going explained the treatment needed and how it would be submitted to the insurance company for approval and amount they would pay.
Everyone was great and made me feel very comfortable.
Dr Goines and her staff is very nice.
