Quick, timely service. Get me in and out and on my way....good preventative coaching...and don't beat me up too bad about not flossing! LOL
As always every one was courterous with a smile and ready for our appointments to start. We have been clients of this practice for many years. Certainly hope to always have Dr. Goins as our doctor.
I just switched from my dentist because he no longer accepted my insurance and must say I found a real gem in Dr. Goins. Her staff is friendly and personable & she was professional and made every effort to make me relaxed & comfortable. The only negitive was I had to wait quite a while in the chair because she was working on another patient. This will not deter me. I will be back.
Immediately as I walked through the door, I was greeted with friendly staff. Their online registration was a great help in speeding up the new patient process. Once in my chair for my cleaning I figured a few x-rays and the cleaning and I would be done and out the door as most dentists I have found in this area typically do. Not Mid Carolina!
