Extremely pleased. Everyone displayed great concern and professionalism.
This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist, and she was nervous. Fortunately, Dr. Goins and her staff made my daughter feel very comfortable. What a nice staff! As a parent, I couldn't have asked for a better first visit. My daughter can't wait to go back!
The dentist and staff was understanding to my anxiety. they were very gentle and made a uncomfortable appointment as pleasurable as a dentist appt. can be.

Michelle is very thorough and takes time with each visit. She actually does the cleaning, not an assistant. When specialized care is needed, she knows the best professionals to refer you to. I do think that the final cleaning by the assistant to polish the teeth could have been more thorough.
I have dental insurance so no other cleanings in the past were ever done by the dentist. When Dr. Goins cleaned my teeth, she gave me a mirror and showed me all the places I had missed. I couldn't believe there was food still in my mouth eventhough I just brushed my teeth! When her assistant, Cherrie, polished everything, she taught me where to aim better along my gums & the best way to floss. Dr. Goins and the staff were great! Very organized and friendly. Dr. Goins referred me to a specialist for my issue but I plan to return for my general dentistry needs.
