Hire all new staff. They need to do their jobs and do what they're expected and paid to do nothing else. Pure neglect for my mother. she was sent there for a rehab and they never got her up to walk after fracturing her hip which is why she was sent there. Her life spiraled downhill from lack of them doing their jobs. If you value your loved ones do not send them here ever. Worst place I've ever dealt with management is terrible and nasty. RecommendedI ended up staying 6 weeks and was happy it was at Wellbridge. I had an great experience with all the employees. Everyone had a smile and made certain my needs were met. I can even say they went the extra mile.

Wellbridge called public transportation to take my family member home today upon her discharge and she fell in the parking lot trying to get on the community bus, injuring her leg. This is a completely absurd way to discharge someone who just spent two weeks there and could barely walk when they got admitted. She said that two people scooped her out from the ground UNDER THE BUSES STAIRS, and put her on the bus. I called the Director of Nursing and left a message but they never called back.
It seems strange to say that I really miss this place and tbe wonderful staff that helped me so much! I was given so much encouragement I wanted to achieve all set goals. problem was that once met..I needed to go home. I miss my friendly therapists who pushed..gently...friendly meal lady and chefs...CNA's who cared for me...and housekeeping! what a great group. Happy to know that I am learning to walk and can cook standing and get to my sewing machine. Just finished a dozen masks! Thank you isn't enough!!!

The staff at Wellbridge has been hands down instrumental in getting my grandparents a place of care and rest while supporting my family during some very trying times. wellbridge has become a family home, a place where my grandma is loved, cared for and can thrive. Thank you Wellbridge for everything you do for my grandma.
This IS the place for your loved one who needs extra care 23/7 . Mother in law has been here first on the rehab side several times and is now a permanent resident. The LOVE support and care provided is excellent. She raves about the food as well. The Director of Nursing Joline, nurses , CNA’s and cleaning staff truly care and are very compassionate. The facility is well run, clean and always smells good. We feel Blessed she is here.
