Hire all new staff. They need to do their jobs and do what they're expected and paid to do nothing else. Pure neglect for my mother. she was sent there for a rehab and they never got her up to walk after fracturing her hip which is why she was sent there. Her life spiraled downhill from lack of them doing their jobs. If you value your loved ones do not send them here ever. Worst place I've ever dealt with management is terrible and nasty. RecommendedI ended up staying 6 weeks and was happy it was at Wellbridge. I had an great experience with all the employees. Everyone had a smile and made certain my needs were met. I can even say they went the extra mile.

RecommendedWellbridge called public transportation to take my family member home today upon her discharge and she fell in the parking lot trying to get on the community bus, injuring her leg. This is a completely absurd way to discharge someone who just spent two weeks there and could barely walk when they got admitted. She said that two people scooped her out from the ground UNDER THE BUSES STAIRS, and put her on the bus. I called the Director of Nursing and left a message but they never called back.
RecommendedIt seems strange to say that I really miss this place and tbe wonderful staff that helped me so much! I was given so much encouragement I wanted to achieve all set goals. problem was that once met..I needed to go home. I miss my friendly therapists who pushed..gently...friendly meal lady and chefs...CNA's who cared for me...and housekeeping! what a great group. Happy to know that I am learning to walk and can cook standing and get to my sewing machine. Just finished a dozen masks! Thank you isn't enough!!!

RecommendedMy father was a Well Bridge of Brighton patient from May 21, 2020 thru June 11, 2020 for rehabilitation due to generalized weakness. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing live-in physical therapy. "All" of the staff is top notch. They go above and beyond for their patients and their families. The facility is beautifully decorated, very clean, bright and cheerful and lots of daylight coming through their beautiful big windows throughout the building. Very understaffed and a very poor quality of care. I am devastated that we put my Father here for rehab.
This place doesn't take care of people like they should! my poor grandpa is in there and no one checks on him. We will be at his window visiting and my grandpa called for a nurse 3 times and no one came. We had to go to the door and bang on it for someone to go in there and then we were also ignored! my mom has to call and tell them to give him a shower ( which is needed every 3 days ). I dont recommend this place . He is in there for physical therapy to strengthen him up and no one ever works with him! just a sad sad place ... read more
