I was seen back in November and the nurse practitioner saw me for 1-2 minutes and dismissed me with Costochondritis. My blood pressure was through the roof and I knew it was more than just a bruised rib issue. I was pregnant too when they saw me and they didn't do any labs or anything. We went in for a COVID PCR test. We both paid $125 since insurance doesn’t cover the test for travel. We were given the price on the phone and in person. We took the test paid with credit card and had a wonderful vacation. When we got home we had a bill from Well-Key for an additional $53 for the lab. We called and were greeted by a stern voice stating that the didn’t know what the lab fees were at the time of testing so they sent the additional bill. My husband and I went in to the Well-Key Urgent Care in Maryville on January 1, 2021 to be tested for Covid. We were charged $50.00 each for the test. After paying my husband decided not to be tested and we were told that the money would be put back into our account. It is now January 20th and I have called numerous times trying to get the $50.00 that reimbursed. At 1:30 today I called the Well Key on Clinton Hwy because my husband had Covid symptoms and his dr is booked up. I listened to the recording that said no appointment needed for COVID testing so we went on over. I went in. The receptionist was a bit snappy and told me to put his info in the touchscreen and we would get a text to fill out his paperwork.
