Our service advisor, Prinze Villar, made our day when he came into the waiting room holding a pair of someone's glasses and neck cord, and asking us if we'd run anyone over on the way in---we thought we had a brake cable dangling from our car. As always, excellent service from him and the staff. See you next time!

Although taking the car in for its annual check ups, isn't high on the list of fun things to do, the folks here at Weiss Toyota make it pretty painless. Everyone is friendly and my Service Advisor Prinz Villar was polite, friendly and very helpful. He went over everything before the work was done, and then reviewed the inspection checklist with me. Very satisfied with the customer service we received with Weiss Toyota, specifically our Sales Consultant, Matthew Goodson. Mr. Goodson responded immediately upon initial e-mail, provided me the information I was looking for regarding the 2000 Toyota Camry. Had a tire replaced on 6-26-15. Tom Coates was our service advisor at Weiss . Tom went out of his way to locate the correct tire for our van so we did not have to come back a different day. He had the car ready to go as promised. Was very satisfied with the service at Weiss Toyota.

I took my 4 runner in for service on 6-18-15. Thomas Plager was my service rep. he was so pleasant and professional. He made sure all my concerns were addressed, and all work was done and my car was finished on time. I will continue to recommend Weiss to anyone looking to buy or have their car serviced.,

My car was serviced on 6-19-15 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a complimentary visual inspection. Luckily for me, the inspection revealed I had a nail in my front tire. Needless to say, I got that fixed. I have dealt with Tom various times since having my YARIS and he is an asset to the dealership. I have in the past recommended Weiss to some of my friends and will continue to have my car serviced there.

My car was serviced by Weiss last Wednesday. MY service adviser was Tom Coates. Tom was very pleasant and helpful in getting my service preformed in a timely manner in spite of a mixup by another service manager who logged someone else in to the computer under my name,

Just wanted to take a few minutes to compliment the service staff at Weiss Toyota. I brought my car n for a 10,00 mile service and talked to Thomas Plager, my service advisor. I received fast and friendly service from him and after the service was completed, he walked through the service ticket with me step by step.
