Sorry to use the phrase but I was "In and Out" thanks to Tom Plager the service advisor and Scott Schouviller the technician!!
Tom was my service rep and he was great. When,during a tire rotation, the mechanics noticed my brakes were just about non-existant, not only was I told about it, but he said he could squeeze me in the next day. I appreciate this kind of service. I also like being called by name and knowing it when I came back in the next day.

I arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment. The service adviser--Dennis Perry--opened the door and got me started. He did the paperwork and sent me to the lounge. I was drinking coffee by 6:55. He did not have to start early, but when I asked him about it he said, You were ready, I was ready so why wait--LET'S DO THIS. Thank |you Dennis.
