I have my Avalon serviced regularly at Weiss Toyota in South St. Louis County. On my last visit just a few days ago, I was particularly pleased with the service and the service rep. Tom Coates, the service rep, was very friendly, helpful, and explained any issues very thoroughly. I drove away more knowledgeable about my car and its condition, and very comfortable with the care and service Weiss had provided.

I recently took my car for service work and really appreciate the personal contact and service given by the dealership and service advisor Prinz. He was extremely helpful and worked with the service area to have my vehicle ready when I needed it.

I just had my 2015 Prius serviced, and Tom Plager, my service advisor, did a great job of moving things along so I didn't have too long to wait. While in the waiting area, the woman sitting next to me dropped a soda, and the parts guys were most helpful in getting us clean-up equipment quickly! Weiss Toyota has always come through for my family, and that is why my husband and I have bought 4 cars there.

I've been going to Weiss Toyota since 2008, when I bought my Toyota Solara. I've always had wonderful experiences, with various service advisors, most recently Tom Plager, and in the past, Dennis & Prinz. Their waiting area is comfortablel, and service work is excellent -- never have had a problem with ANY of the work they've done.

I was in for a 25K maintenance check as notified by my Avalon startup message. I expected an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told that my initial Maintenance coverage was for 2 years and 25,000. Unfortunately I purchased my Avalon in April 2013, over three months past the 2 year mark. I had also purchase additional years of Toyota service agreement. The agent told me that tires are rotated every 5000 miles and the oil is changed every 10000 miles due to synthetic oil. Took my 2014 Toyota Camry in for its regular service and like everyone I have come in contact with there, my Service Adviser Tom Coates was so kind and helpful. Everyone here always goes out of their way to make me smile and the work is always done quickly. I love that I am able to schedule my appointments online very easily it saves me the time I need. I bought my very first car here when I was 19 and have been going back ever since.

I bought my car from Weiss Toyota in South County in 2013 and have been going back there for regular maintenance ever since. Continue to be very satisfied with Weiss and highly recommend their Toyota dealership.

I had my 2014 RAV4 serviced under Toyota Care. My service advisor, Dennis Perry, was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed very quickly and I was on my way. Great experience!

I brought my Honday CRV into service this week that I bought from Weiss. I am really happy with the service that I received. Dennis kept me informed throughout the whole process. When i need service again I will not think twice about taking my car to Weiss.
