I had my car serviced at Weiss Toyota yesterday. I waited for it inside the waiting area. The customer service and the technicians did a fantastic job--polite, professional, and helpful.
I bought my car from Weiss Toyota a couple years ago and have been going back there for regular maintenance ever since. Tom has helped me several times and he is amazing! He is always helpful and has answers to my many questions. I would highly recommend them.
I love Weiss Toyota. They always provide an excellent service, on time and they even wash your car. Prinz Villar has been my service advisor several times, and he is very polite, he explains what was done to the car and he is always smiling. I've been a customer for over 3 years, and I have only good experiences with all the personnel. The waiting room has free Wi-Fi, water, coffee and a TV.
Thank you Thomas Plager (Service Advisor) for doing a great job. You welcomed us by name, opened the door to service waiting area for my wife (handicapped), and brought the car up for us after service. Service was efficient and timely. A great dealership to service the vehicle.
I have been very pleased with the customer service I receive from Thomas Plager and my service technician Brian. They take the time to understand my needs and always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my service. This is why I return to Weiss for my two cars. Great job!

Bought our 2nd Highlander from Weiss Toyota two weeks ago. Just wanted to send a compliment to our salesman Jon Langenstein. He was great to work with and made sure we were completely happy with our new Highlander. Also, compliments to Weiss Service Department.
Weiss Toyota puts the customer first. Dennis, in the service department was patient as he explained what was going to be done to my car. My car was completed in a more than reasonable amount of time even though I didn't have an appointment. Thanks Dennis and the service team!
