Terrible customer service. I called to ask availability to get my dress pressed and I got such rude responses that I’d rather go and buy a steamer to do my own dress than to deal with that kind of attitude and terrible customer care.
We do our commercial laundry and personal laundry with Weiss. Everything smells very clean and all stains are removed from clothing. They do an excellent job and they are fast. We always pick up within 24-25 hours of drop off. I would highly recommend you get your laundry done here!
I use their regular laundry service. I just don’t have time for laundry with a big family. It comes back washed and folded and plastic wrapped.
