We’ve gone to them for 30 years.
They are very patient in explaining things and didn’t get frustrated when I asked like 3+ times for the medication instructions. They are also fair in cost 😋 I called last night about 5pm about my cat’s ear blowing up like a balloon, and they made an appointment for him for 9:10 the next morning. He is in surgery now. His ear will be fixed shortly because they cared about the pain my cat was in and made sure he could be seen ASAP.
Write down appointments at the time they are made -- not have to 'squeeze' animal in when we had an appointment! Remove appointments which have been cancelled -- not inundate owner with texts for cancelled appointment after pet has died. Not overbook so that pets have to wait for over an hour. In yearly checkups make sure every part of the pet is examined -- especially the mouth! Severe dental problems would have been discovered if the newest vet had done this!
Great vets!! Need more employees to help with phone and check in. I drove here before my call was ever answered 😩
30 plus years at this office. I won't take my pets any where else.
