I have been going there for about twenty years! The vets Innis and Schoen are outstanding!!! But, the front desk ladies are rude!!!! They have improved a little this past year, but still- it’s a crapshoot when you call. I decided to leave after the front desk scheduled my dog for an appt ten days out to see if she had a uti! I had to spend ALOT of money at the Animal Emergecy Hospital to get her treated quickly( she couldn’t urinate!) turns out it was a infection that progressed to her bladder! I brought my cat to get her teeth cleaned and, they pulled teeth and did bloodwork and other services that I never approved, bringing my bill to twice what I expected. Whether she needed those services or not, seems as though they would need my approval before doing them and doubling my bill.
Weisner Innis & Schoen are a wonderful veterinary clinic. They have taken care of our dogs for years. They are very knowledgeable & personable, friendly & loving to all our pets.
They are absolutely amazing. Yesterday we had to make the roughest decision as pet owner you have to make. From the minute I called to make that appointment the ladies at the desk couldn't of been sweeter, through Dr Innis coming in to see our boy one last time. Thank you for making this awful experience as tolerable as possible. When we are ready for another fur baby we wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. Thank you for all your years of great care of Harley.
