I have been dealing with issues for my 4 year old dog since October, he’s been seen multiple multiple times, multiple meds with ZERO change considering we’ve spent thousands on his “care” at this point. had a nail procedure done early June he was sent home with an antibiotic for his nails (I was told), week later notice he’s peeing blood so I call they want a urine sample to test, call me saying he STILL has a UTI and needs a stronger antibiotic when they never told me he had one to begin with they said procedure went fine a... read more
Just had my boy in for his routine vacs on July 14 at the new location. They got him in right away, which was a nice change from their other building. My boy Zeppelin does absolutely adore Dr. Innis. It is one of his favorite people. Which saddens me to say, due to the conversation I had on the phone yesterday, after bringing dogs here for over 20 years, i will no longer, I called for an appointment to have Zeppelin seen. He has some bumps or mass of some sort that has grown rapidly within a week, a paw injury between his to... read more
My family has brought pets here for over 20 years. The Vets are great but the reception/office staff are awful. They’re incredibly rude and seem very unhappy. We will be taking our business else where from this point on.
always good service and good veterinarians.
They truly care about their patients and are very gentle with them. I have been going to these Drs. since th 80s.
They have taken care of all three of my dogs since 1988 - excellent care and service!
Friday I was told by a friendly receptionist I could bring in cat urine to check for UTI before having cat seen. Arrived today and was told No. They could not find my old dog records so I would be a new patient. I asked if they could just test the urine so my pet wouldn’t suffer. No. Suggested emergency vet. I questioned that the urine would not be good after an hour. She said to refrigerate. Apparently unaware it’s ninety degrees and cars aren’t refrigerated. I liked the vets for my dog, but good luck trying to get through ... read more
If you want your pet cared about... I mean genuinely cared about... you will never need another vet! Dr Innis is the absolute very best!!
They are very friendly and cooperative. In these times, with pandemic, they gladly work with you for necessary appointments, to the point of coming out to your vehicle, bringing animal in for appointment, and returning to your vehicle. They also come out to process payments/receipts. Thank you very much to staff.
