I have been coming here for 2-3 years and will keep coming for a long time. Great doctors and the staff is just soooo nice and helpful. They are always in great mood and so friendly. Everyone I dealt also had extensive knowledge (contact lenses, glasses, the doctors, etc.). The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because every single time I have a doctors appointment I sit in the doctors room for a long time before they come and see me. Just finished a phone call with the staff over at Weisman Optometrists, and their staff has fantastic phone etiquette when dealing with an upset costumer. Our insurance costumer service misinformed my wife and myself on what was covered and I called in yesterday guns blazing asking why they over charged us. Low and behold, they were not only correct on the price but offered to have us come back in and be fitted in a brand of contracts that were covered by our insurance. My wife and I have been going to Weisman Optometrists for the past 17 years or so. I am not going to say that my eyesight has suddenly and miraculously become 20/20 because of the fantastic staff there at Weisman but what I will say is that I see better now that I have with any other provider that I have seen since I started wearing glasses in my junior year of high school way back in '90 (that's 1990...not 1890...I'm not that old yet).
