curious This is a comment/question. From what I am reading, it appears that one should have a professional advocate before ever entering this hospital or any hospital in this current economic environment with many cutbacks, trying to do more with less money and less staff. Has anyone ever done that and how successful was it? How did the staff treat you knowing there was an experienced advocate observing all that went on?
ridiculous The receptionists are rude on the phone. I called because I haven't received results of a CAT scan for over a month. She told me that I had to request in writing but the doctor told us that we would receive it in the mail. Then I asked her if I could request it over the phone and she said that a parent had to. Horrible I went for my EFMP because my husband and I are going to Hawaii. We just got married a month ago so i'm new to all of this. There was this lady there and it was her first day. Lack of professionalism Today I went to see one of your doctor's and receive some help. I was left on a bed with no blankets no conversation for the first hour. The second hour they sent in a resident to ask me what was the problem.I explained my doctor and Bashar MRI told me to rush to the Beaumount Royal Oak Hospital due to possible blood clots. They were rude down from your residents to your nurses. I cannot in good faith go back.
