Horrible I have never had a worse experience with a hospital. There was no communication with the doctors and nurses. The nurses were ignorant and barely ever checked on me during my stay unless I asked for one. I wouldn't reccomend this hospital to anyone. They had me register on a gurny in the middle of the hallway. Even the ambulance staff were in aw. I have never seen anything like this in any other hospital. When I saw they got Americas best 50 hospitals award I was furious.
William Beaumont Hospital is A number 1 I had my 2 children here in the past 7 years & I have to say I wish I could have more! The attention, support & facilities provided were top notch! The nurses were extremely helpful all things "Mommy", they were patient, knowlegable & kind. The meals are so delicious that I stop in for their chicken salad sandwich when I'm around & my neighbor brought one of their cakes to a holiday dinner! Top Notch facility, Top Notch care!
No one is monitoring the monitors 5 SISC (Surgical IC) took car of my father for five weeks following a fall at home. My father fractured C1, C2, and C3 plus had other medical issues. The staff worked hard and provided excellenct care. The only issues I have are that the nursing staff allowed my father to become dehydrated on one occasion. The quickly corrected that problem. Fast entry, slow treatment I had to bring a friend to the hospital after he had an accident. They have free parking, which is good and you don't spend much time in the waiting room, but then you wait two hours before a doctor actually sees you.
Mrs Kimberly Stroessner You have a very bad nurse on your staff that belittles little children on facebook, Kim Holbert took it upon herself to bad mouth my step grand child who had down's syndrome. It was very embarrassing to explain to a 5 year old what a mean 49 year old woman was trying to say to such a young child. She is an awful staff member and you people need to re-evauluate this woman. x-ray tech â ââââ admitted and you have proven once again today how disorganized and incompetent you people are! Waiting in the Hallway for over 2 hours without being seen by anyone and symptomatic. Are you kidding me? Staff are very rude they will not answer their call lights, made plenty of racial comments went as far as holding their tray from the patient horrible experience anyone with similar problewm please join
Family has been with Beaumont FOREVER Beaumont in Royal Oak as been our family hospital forever. They took care of my Grandparents,Mother, Aunts & Uncles too. My brother was born there in 1961 & my children were born there in 1998 & 1999. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I absolutly had too.... I even worked there once for a little while. God Bless them all. PROS: Best Hospital around CONS: Sometimes you wait & they can been a little disorganied at times
Still wouldn't go anywhere else My wife had our son at this hospital. When we first got there, she was standing there trying to sign paperwork between contractions every 2-3 minutes, and there was nowhere for her to sit, not one chair! The birthing process was fine, but then when she finally got into her room, the tv didn't work, and they forgot to bring her any food after her liquid diet was over.
