Horrible company to deal with, they lie to you, they try to find everthing wrong with your prospective buyer, they stall the deal, they come up with unexplainable charges and demand that you pay without proving those charges and in the end they sell the whole plaza and leave you, do not rent from these pirates
This landlord could not be worse, they take advantage of the small business owner only to sell out to a franchise in the end in order to line their pockets with no remorse! They do not know the meaning of business ethics or proper management to the point it amazes me they are still in business.
