Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this dentist friendly?
