Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Dr. Weinberg and her staff are caring and efficient in their use of time. In the 5 years I have been going to her, I've had to have a few very old amalgam fillings replaced. I always ask her to use a composite material when refilling them which some dentists don't like using, but Dr. Weinberg has no problem honoring my wishes. When I have very specific questions or want more information on something I need done, she and her staff always take the time to fully explain things.

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively

Not Really Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Extremely Friendly Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The doctor told me I had multiple cavaties and needed a root canal, I got a second opinion and needed nothing but a cleaning. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
