Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
