Charged us for a service contract that we made clear from the beginning that we did not want, Was never mentioned or discussed at all,Paperwork was rushed and 5 months later Title and Registration are still incorrect,Was told we would receive refund, then told no Not at all Happy with any part of transaction. Was also told this sevice is added to all new cars at a cost of 700.00 , Any recent customer's check your paperwork closely.

Customer service has a lot of work that needs to be done. No one returns calls and after almost 4 months with 25 + phone calls with only a few returned I still do not have a title for my vehicle which I purchased. It hasn't even been filed with MVA. Not sure what my $299 documentation fee went for?? I will never buy another vehicle there.
We want to say how good our experience was at Weimer Chevrolet was today. For some they may feel buying tires is a small expense, but for us it is not. When I came in for our appointment this morning I was greeted with a very friendly staff that offered warm cookies, coffee, and cocoa. Yes, they were warm...we talked about in the waiting room!
