Service department could repair the oil consumption problem but refuse to do so. This has existed since the purchase of a brand new 2017 Equinox. The past 2.5 years has been a nightmare and I do not feel safe on the road. They also damaged the power steering line causing the pump to expire. No sensors came on. Were they also damaged or were they never operational. They refuse to acknowledge that as well. I have written letters to them and to Chevrolet and have not found resolution. We bought our first (new) car yesterday. Justin and Gavin were amazing. We ended up being there for some time, but they kept our little one entertained, they even gave my husband some Ibuprofen because he just had surgery Monday and we didn’t think to bring any.
