On Friday, I needed help getting my car out of a a ditch. It wasn’t exactly in the ditch but one of the tires was stuck. I appreciated the fast service but what I didn’t appreciate was the rate difference. I was quoted a flat rate on the phone but the drive charged $75 more than what I was told. He said I must have misunderstood what was said. I’m not stupid. They need to fix that little part.
