WW is all about food choices. You can eat whatever you want, you just have to count the points every day and stay within your “per day” limit. So many foods have 0 points. I am losing at an average of a little over 1 lb a week, which is about what I gain per month when I’m not counting points. Just like 1-2 lbs of loss per WEEK add up slowly, 1-2 lbs of gain a month add up quickly. I’ll take the loss. 😊

The meetings are helpful and Clarissa is a great speaker and that is what keeps it interesting. The Saturday morning group are great. I enjoy it a lot!!!

I love that everyone there is so supportive and that you see they have the same struggles as you. They also provide great reading tools to help you on your journey. It’s a positive environment. When you leave you feel inspired!
