WW’s Trussville Studio has wonderful workshop leaders & staff members who always make me feel like their rooting for me. I attend the Thursday meetings, Vera is my leader & she’s extremely dedicated & encouraging. WW educates you & provides you with the tools you need to get & live healthy; not just lose weight. I personally enjoy the community of the workshops because it keeps me accountable & I know we’re all there for the same reason.
If you follow the program it works. Period. The program is the easiest lifestyle change I have ever made and it’s sustainable. Regular everyday food and as much support as you need. I love WW!!
