Mary was absolutely wonderful. She was perfect for us, low-pressure towards us like a laid-back agent, but highly effective and responsive towards the buyers and everyone else like a pushy agent, the best of both worlds! We literally looked at houses that were over a million dollars and houses that were under 600k in the same day and never once got a whiff of any pressure or even gentle suggestion to buy the more expensive home. I have been looking for a ranch house for about four years. Honestly, not one realtor I met had any interest in helping me. I contacted Mary Weichert one day as I knew her mother and immediately she said she would help me find my ranch.
