Incredibly knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of the home buying process, she is also empathetic and really listens to and cares about the needs of those she represents. Mary successfully sold my co-worker’s Chatham home in a short time period. Knowing I was looking to move to the area she recommended I met up with her. We talked to Mary on the phone and let her know we were ”newbies” at this and we're not 100% sure Chatham was the town for us.
