Mary's team was nice and responsive until we gave them the listing. Once we did Mary would quickly shun us off to the junior associates to do her work for her when we thought we were receiving her for the listing. In addition we had several talks prior to listing our home and the right price and they assured us the higher price (the one we told them we need to get ) was the correct list price.
