HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I used Facebook to initially get in touch. The communication was clear, professional and the responses quick. Then we spoke over the phone and communication was just as good. My phone screen shattered. Tmobile couldn't guarantee that they can save all of my pictures and videos. I came here and Rami guaranteed me with no hesitation at all. They immediately gave me a loaner phone and told me to come back the next day. They fixed my phone and I didn't have to worry about losing any pictures or videos. Their customer service is great. They really took care of me. Thank you guys so much!
