My phone screen shattered. Tmobile couldn't guarantee that they can save all of my pictures and videos. I came here and Rami guaranteed me with no hesitation at all. They immediately gave me a loaner phone and told me to come back the next day. They fixed my phone and I didn't have to worry about losing any pictures or videos. Their customer service is great. They really took care of me. Thank you guys so much!
