I went to my usual sprint store...one I've been going for over 10 yes. They told my my scream was cracked and that it was lifted. My insurance to fix it at sprint was $200 deductible. They told me to go to apple and pay 139. I could get there till next Friday. I went to we fix and they said it wasn't lifted and I had a scratch. They took it apart and tweeked it. And it worked no LCD screen was needed and charged me next to nothing. They could have easily did the LCD and charged me over $139. But they didn't. Very honest and ... read more

Had my galaxy note 5 lcd screen break, and my phone company couldn't do much to recover any of my info. Ramy was able to get the part the same day, and give me back "my life" before it dwindled in the wind! Thanks again Ramy for getting it done! U da man!
