Disappointed in my interaction with the store today. I am a former customer who always received exceptional service. Perhaps the staffing has changed. I was left hanging waiting for a response to a text message I sent this morning and had to call to get a response. Also I had to repeat a question I had asked in my message while on the phone to get an answer. So sorry things have changed.
They were very professional. They were very accurate with how long It would take. As soon as I walked in the door, they were walking out of the back room with it. And it’s perfect. No problems what so ever
Yesterday ran in there with an emergency. Somehow my phone was going to loose everything. It was a special day for me regarding my health. Everyone was calling and texting, and my phone was not right! He took it in the back, had it repaired in an instant! Thank you so much for your knowledge and tech skills.
Been here 3 times over a few years, never been disappointed by service or quality of work. You're in and out within an hour, and they are always kind and informative. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could!
Cracked my iPhone screen in the morning. Entered We Fix in Palos Park, around late afternoon, and was serviced right away. Ate within the little strip mall with my boyfriend, while we waited for it be fixed. They were literally done in less than an hour! Crazy fast! Would definitely return again for a service. Thanks.
