I ordered the plan for the year. They called about grub control and I asked if it was included. The girl said she thought it wasn’t. I said if it’s not included don’t do it. They did it and my bill went up. I complained and they said they would reverse it. The end of the year I get a bill for what appears to be the balance. I have had weeds all year. Complained and was put off until the next service. My yard has yellow stripes and doesn’t look very good. Very disappointed with service and constant overselling.

This company is disreputable. After the first yard treatment, they tried to sell me something extra to treat a “problem” we did not have that I declined to have “treated”, yet they continued to hound me about it. I actually cancelled service with them altogether, but they disregarded that request and continued to schedule treatments that I should have refused to pay going forward.
