Its been more than 4 weeks that I signed up with your service to control my weed and aeration and no body has turned up or called me to schedule any service . I have called couple of times without proper response from your representatives. Weeds have now spread and spoilt my lawn.
Worst customer service. Been waiting for a manager to call for 3 days with no phone call. Had a beautiful back yard until they sprayed and now we have a burnt back yard. They don’t do what they say. Would never recommend!!!

Weed Man Lawn Care Of Murfreesboro has taken care of my lawn for two years now. They are very prompt with their treatments. If I think there is a problem in between treatments, I call them and they will come out and check it out. I have been very satisfied with Weed Man Lawn Care.

Horrible customer service. Got a service I did not want and was charged. Can never get in touch with customer service. I do however receive calls soliciting for additional services. Finally called sales line who picked up and said customer service would call me back. Never did. Finally got thru after I was charged and was told that “all evidence shows I was informed of new services” and they refused to help me. And they were very condescending. Absolutely shameful company.
