Horrible customer service and communication. They have moved my aeration/seeding back for the 6th time, causing me to have to coordinate with my landscaper for cuttings each time. They’ve been unapologetic for the missed appointments and lack of communication. Don’t bother calling them, wait times are usually between 10-25 minutes for existing customers. Hopefully they are able to “fit” me into their schedule tomorrow as I was promised, or I’ll be switching to another company that’s better equipped at managing their schedule... read more
