Terrible customer service, and poor wait time. There is always a miscommunication with my child's medical needs. Every single time I call speak to someone, there is a misunderstanding with my "balance" and prescriptions. We currently see Dr.Riojas, which she is a nice doctor, but the staff aren't helpful. They've dropped the ball with us twice. They should have called me a month ago with a referral to a new doctor for my child's medical needs... still no call.
