Depending on the physician you can wait over an hr to be seen. The office manager rather talk over you then listen to your concern.
Because the amount on time in the lobby, the appointment was for 7:20 pm and is 8:17pm and nothing happened, and besides that this Lobby when I came only have 2 patients and now is full with kids and parents, so ridiculous, in the front desk they said is only one doctor 👩⚕️ again extremely ridiculous
Nunca te atiendan realmente a la hora que te dieron tu cita, exigen que el paciente llegue temprano pero ellos no cumplen con su horario, les dices a las recepcionistas que llevas esperando 30 minutos y solo responden que la Dra. está atrasada. El servicio de los doctores es súper pero deberían atender a tiempo todas las citas, avisar que la cita se cambiará de horario para no esperar más de media hora por ser atendido.

At the most, my kid is seen the next day, usually in and out in a timely manner.
One of few places that always has an appointment slot for my child when he is ill. Otherwise I use Cook Children's Urgent Care Mansfield. I have 2 issues. The Doctors are changed frequently some of which are Nurse Practictioners not MDs. Also the wait time with sick or scheduled visits are usually long so expect to spend from 2 - 3 hrs there.
