RecommendedTienen muy buenas doctoras, pero el tiempo que toma hacer una cita es de media hora o más, y ya en el consultorio, la espera es estresante, he esperado más de una hora a que nos atienda la doctora, y cuando uno llega 5 min tarde ya no lo atienden. Algo deben hacer para cambiar eso

Well i have to admit that calling to make an appointmet is horrible. They say estimated time to be 5 minutes, && suddenly you wait over 30 minutes just to get an appointment. I am glad that you can now make appointments through messenger. Its faster. Easier. && the wait is not long. Even if it was, its not like you have to be stuck in the line waiting for an answer. All doctors from there are amazing. Besides the wait time is not too long. Its what i like about here.
Bad customer service. They just randomly give yo child a dr when yo kids have a set dr. Smh just bad as hell & they don’t know what their doing so I took my kids outta that clinic
Hablé para hacer una cita con la Dra Riojas y el tiempo de espera en el teléfono fue de 35 minutos y no atendieron el teléfono!!!!! Increíble que en un país como este donde la tecnología y los servicios se supone deben ser de excelente calidad haya una calidad de servicio pésima!!!
