My family of 5 which we are a blended family walked in and was not greeted or even acknowledge. We stood in plain sight, where it has a sign "please wait to be seated" for at least not joking 10 minuets just to wait for some type of acknowledgement. I kid you not the cook was in plain sight and just looked at us every now and then and then three servers actually looked at us and then kept on walking past us.
It's the best restaurant in all of Seattle. The London broil is to die for.

Christmas Eve 2016. I arrived and was seated. Waited 10 minutes. Finally got the menu and selected what I wanted and waited 10 more minutes. Another person arrived and was given a menu right away and the waitress took his order. 7 minutes later the waitress finally took my order. 8 minutes later the person who came in after me was enjoying his meal and meanwhile I was still waiting for my food. 20 minutes passed and my order arrived cold.
