Love Tess! She sized my wedding dress down 10 sizes and also a bridesmaid dress for my 9 month pregnant body. Plus multiply other bridesmaid dresses. All my family have used her for their alterations. She does great work.
Tess did an amazing job on my dress that was completely lace and HUGE when I got it from the bridal shop. Her bustle is amazing. My wedding coordinator bustled my dress so quick and said it was the bustle she had ever seen. Tess is moderately priced but it’s worth it. Fully recommend and will be having her clean my dress as well! Thank you, Tess!
Worst establishment ever!! Buyer beware! ! They have a no return policy that only shows on your receipt which is too late! ! I called and emailed for a week with no response. I finally got a hold of someone only for her to be smug and say... all sales are final and only the owner can help me. I asked to talk to her and was then told she would never be available. I walked in not really knowing what to expect. Not even thinking I was going to buy a dress. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff was. They had suggestions for everything. I felt comfortable, not rushed and got to meet Tess who was a wonderful person. I'm happy to say I found the dress of my dreams! A bonus it was affordable but looked expensive. My aunt had gone there to get the dresses for her wedding so when I got engaged I thought I would stop by and see what it was like. I loved every moment! Now even though I did not find my dress there, all of my bridesmaids and my flower girl got their dresses there! Tess and her staff give each and every person personalized attention and you can tell each and every staff member really likes what they do and it's their passion! Prices are fairly decent too!
Tess is exceptional! I bought my senior year prom dress from her and now my wedding dress! She is awesome and makes you feel like a princess! Go check her out! Amazing!
