I had planned on taking my wedding dress to three or four alteration shops to get different quotes on alterations, but as soon as I walked into Tess's shop, I knew I wanted to work with her. Tess is an exuberant woman who exudes joy and friendliness. She is also a master at her craft. As soon as I had my dress on, she instantly addressed all my concerns without me even sharing them. I unfortunately didnt have a good experience using Tess. I thought all my appts were going well until 2 weeks before my wedding. Then on my wedding day we discovered a hole in the side seem and a hole in the back between the top and skirt. Also the lace wasn't attached between top and skirt. My friend was literally sewing me in my dress before my ceremony. I brought my dress back in the tuesday after my Sept 21st Wedding. The only thing that was admitted was the hole in side seem. LOVE Tess. She her self is a kind soul who obviously cares about her clients. She did a rush on my Wedding dress due to a medical issue on my end. Was very accommodating! She took a corset out of my dress, brought the hem up, and added a pocket made from lace taken from my mothers dress. She was able to pin the top of my dress with out me present and it fit PREFECT! Also helped me find the right petti coat to create the look I was going for. She is a true master of her craft. I HIGHLY recommend her!
