They were going to charge us a large fee to exchange a ring that was purchased just 5 weeks ago, and has never been worn. They ruined a very special day to us, and I will never purchase anything from them ever again! I will be telling everyone I know, and anyone who will listen, to avoid this business at all costs! Disgraceful business practices!
RecommendedI purchased a band from Wedding Rings Depot through Amazon. The ring was of excellent quality at a price about half that of local jewelers. Highly recommend them.
