I was prepared for the "bait and switch" compared to the online quote but ended up being very pleased with the end result. James seemed genuinely interested in getting the best deal for me at the same time fulfilling his obligation to the company. I would definitely consider selling a future car through WBAC--- especially if I could work with James.

On line quote was about double the in person quote with no significant findings at the in person review . Alveristo was cordial, but I was not happy with what appeared to be a bait and switch game. Their on line tool should be improved or there should be better agreement with the final review.
