Actual offer was not even close to the online offer. Tried to discount due to being a government car! If anything they should have offered more knowing it was taken care of. No reason given for the other $2000 discount they were trying to get. It was so like going to a dealership and have them try to steal your car.
Tyrell at the West Norriton branch was professional and efficient. We received an equitable payment for our car and spent approximately an hour total for the entire process.
Joshua did a great job. However, the actual offer was much lower than what I got online. I had to negotiate for more, but still did not get the initial online offer. Would I have gotten more elsewere? I don't know.
