Bait and Switch!!! I have a 2002 Highlander that is a drivable car. I accurately represented the condition of the car on the website, and was given an estimate of $2490. When I took the car to the local office, the actual offer was $1100. Huge waste of my time! Unless you would like a similar experience, I would not recommend this organization.
