No Hassle, clear communication, simple process, honest and fair!! Craig explained everything clearly. I knew what to expect when I arrived. My husband was leery when I said I was calling We Buy Any Car. Afterwards he was very surprised at what an honest business this is and at the fair price we got for our vehicle. I would recommend them and would use them again should the need arise.

Aaron was very friendly and professional. Our car was 15 years old and had some problems. He found every one of them. Even so, Aaron gave us a very fair price. We left happy. We left with a check in hand.

Quick, easy, straightforward. Fair price. What is not immediately known is that they charge you a transfer/documentation fee. That was a surprise. Otherwise good transaction. Glenn, the Manager at the location I used, very professional and knowledgeable with auto documentation.

Was a pleasure to work with Mylann yesterday @ the Elyria store. He was very informative on what he had to do in regards to appraising her vehicle. When it came time for him to go out and collect info on the car, he offered us to go out with him and watch him gather information on the Mustang. He was kind enough to take a chair outside for me to sit on ( I have a disability) while he collected info.
