I WENT TO THE COLERAIN TOWNSHIP BRANCH IN CINCINNATI OHIO AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH JOSH R******. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE WENT ALONG. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE AND DOING ALL THE PAPERWORK WE SETTLED ON A PRICE THAT WAS AGREEABLE TO ME. AFTER WE WERE FINISHED, HE ASKED IF I HAD A WAY HOME. I SAID NO AND HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE ME HOME WITH NO HESITATION. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER TREATMENT.

I keep getting unsolicited emails from this company. When I click the unsubscribe link, it always takes me to an error message. I went to the company website to email or call them, but it says to find my local branch and contact them. The nearest branch to me is 600 miles away. Seems very scammy and I am blocking their emails.
