The process was easy and thorough. Stephen was great at explaining what the process was and what he was doing. Much better than dealing with a sales person at a dealership and the running back and forth with the manager fiasco. The upfront pricing was pretty accurate and was close enough to KBB and Edmunds. Would definitely do this again with them.
