Complete waste of time dealing with them. You are better off selling to scrap metal dealers. As soon as you walk into the poorly kept office space (one falling apart desk and 2 rickety chairs in a big open room with stained carpet circa 1980) you will know that. They say they match at least what you will get from the metal dealers on the phone but they low ball you once you are there.
